Claims are a part of our business that is challenging for everyone involved. The process can be difficult for everyone involved including the shipper, consignee, and carrier. Express Logistics' goal is to help facilitate a fast, easy process for claims to receive resolution between our customer and the carrier.
Express Logistics utilizes a software program called EZ Claim which is universally accepted with all of Express Logistics' carrier partners for claim processing. There are many pieces of information that carriers require, including but not limited to, the bill of lading, POD, product invoice, PO, and photographs of damage. Our system allows us to file the claim properly and manage all aspects of the claim on a timely basis for you.
