Express Logistics is pleased to celebrate 12 years of business! Founded in 2003 by Chad and Emily Rubner, the company continues to experience incredible growth, and has celebrated a number of successes this past year, now employing more than 50 employees specializing in LTL, truckload and intermodal freight solutions.

As a result of this growth, the company has expanded and remodeled their main office in Waukee, IA, and opened a second office space in Kansas City, MO. The company also received several honors this past year. Express Logistics was named 2014 Small Business of the Year by the DMACC Small Business Awards, which recognizes the achievements and economic impact small business has on the Central Iowa economy. The company was also awarded $130,000 in direct financial assistance and tax benefits by the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) Board through the HQJP program for job creation and expansion projects.

“I would like to thank our staff and customers for this continued success. Our team members are our number one asset and have absolutely helped us get to where we are today,” said Chad Rubner, president of Express Logistics. “We look forward to further growing our team and providing another year of excellent service to our customers.”

Express Logistics has an aggressive growth plan and will continue to grow its customer base as well as team members at both office locations.
