Express Logistics Acquires Isle Loadem

Express Logistics Inc. (ELI) is pleased to announce its acquisition of Isle Loadem, a freight brokerage based out of Isle, Minnesota, specializing in refrigerated freight. This was the first external transaction for Express Logistics.
Isle Loadem was founded in 1992 by Steve Wallis. He and his wife managed the company with their daughter, Jessie Clarkson, for over 20 years. Along with the acquisition of the company, Clarkson has joined our team as an Account Manager. Clarkson brings a vast amount of knowledge about refrigerated freight to Express Logistics, which continues to be a growing demand for ELI customers.
Express Logistics has always been aggressive on our growth strategy and the acquisition aligns seamlessly with our company.
